Six Sigma Black Belt / Quality Leader

Salary Range $80,000 - $90,000 Plus Exceptional Benefit Packages

One of the nation’s largest and most successful industrial product manufacturers has an opening for a Six Sigma Black Belt. This individual will report directly to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Director of Six Sigma of the Corporation. This person will be responsible for identifying, investigation, evaluating, developing and implementing projects. To be a viable candidate for this position you must have at least a Bachelor’s degree, CQE, and 5-10 years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You must be trained in Lean and Six Sigma and hold Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Projects that introduce new technologies, equipment, processes and materials which improve the quality, reduce the variation and improve the flow of material/information to reduce the cost of product are what the company is striving to achieve.

Requirements:
1. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, CQE.
2. At least 5-10 years of Manufacturing experience in a high-volume environment
3. Trained in Lean and Six Sigma with Six Sigma Black Belt certification
4. ISO implementation, Quality Analysis.
5. Must be able to lead, work and thrive in a cross-functional team environment with some travel
required.
